Tier 1

Basic Cleaning.

In Tier 1, Dr. Turf makes sure to clean all that old, nasty debris that is on your turf. Add new turf infill, rebroom the area and finish off with a rinse on your new looking turf.

Tier 2

Fundamental cleaning & sanitization.

In Tier 2, the same procedures as Tier 1 are carried out, with the additional step of power washing and sanitizing your turf. New turf infill is added, and the area is re-broomed.

Tier 3

Basic cleaning, sanitization, & elimination of pet odor.

In Tier 3, Dr. Turf ensures the removal of all that old, unpleasant debris from your turf. Operate a pet odor machine to collect pet urine. Power wash and sanitize the turf. Finish the service with fresh turf infill & rebrooming.

Deep extraction vs surface hosing

Standard garden hoses only push surface dirt deeper into the infill layer, creating clogged backing drainage holes and trapping organic matter underneath.

Our specialized extraction process uses targeted pressure and sub-surface suction to pull embedded debris, pet dander, and fine dust out of the backing layer without dislodging essential ballast.
